He has worked for large publicly traded companies and several Silicon Valley startups, including eBay, where he served as a Product Manager for the advertising team. Paxton founded and successfully exited Veruta, the first US-based company to offer personalized product-based remarketing advertisements, and is listed as an inventor on US Patent Application, US20110125576A1. He also co-founded FuelX, a performance-based video advertising startup that was exited in 2020. Paxton has worked closely with strategic partners such as AOL, Yahoo!, Oracle, the US Department of Commerce, and Google. As a former professional golfer, he played on the Asian Golf Tour and various professional and PGA-affiliated events in the U.S.
